Of course, the first in the NX series (due out middle of this year) may not have video, just as the Lumix G1 did not have video, but that camera was launched last year (it may not be credible to launch a camera this year without video capability, so that looks good for us). The magazine also said the camera would use a new Samsung lens mount, so it may be a while before adapters are available if you want to use your existing preferred lenses (with the usual APS-C crop), assuming this camera can still operate with manual lenses. Because video comes from a camera's live view, these EVF type cameras are worth watching for their film making ability and the allure of affordable shallow DoF. Here's hoping the video quality is up to expectation.
