Try not to weep too much over it:

This isn't any different than someone's TV with the brightness way up or a movie projector with an old bulb. There have been ways to mangle an image along the delivery chain for over a century.

I can't view Flickr at work but I think Video might have changed my video. Can you guys check my samples at Home - STM Digital Video (http://www.stmdigital.com) and tell me if the beauty pageant clips have a green tint on your monitor. They are not supposed to. On my laptop they seem to look ok and on my desktop they look green.

Are either of your monitors color calibrated? If not, at least one of them is going to be wrong. Something like this (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/388136-REG/ColorVision_STV100_SpyderTV_Colorimeter.html) is essential to getting color right.

No, neither is calibrated. My desktop monitor is an older one also. I don't think Vimeo altered them. When I view the samples on my laptop they look how I originally made them.

Even though there are subtle differences, your frame grabs look fantastic.

I posted some comparisons among Facebook, Vimeo, YouTube and QuickTime video here :
