Hi, where could i find "how to make a Music Video" guide on the net... or are there e-books on it somewhere?

Never heard of one but what are your questions. There are lots of people here who have made them.

Try borrowing the "Television Production Handbook" by Herbert Zettl from your local library.

mandy.com has listings for television stuff. You can volunteer somewhere to gain experience or put out a call for crew.
