I for the life of me can not get smooth output (rendered) footage for my project!
I have tried everything I can think of but to no avail.

The footage was shot from a Pana HPX 170 720p 24 frames (not PN, but P) looks great playing from the HPX, but when trying to get smooth files, initially size does not matter....... I get what appears to be @ 12 frames / second.
My computer is up to speed as far as Adobe says.....

So basically my questions is,
What format, codec, settings to use to output smooth, good looking video at roughly 720 x 480 specs (not strict at this point) any file size at this point. Does not matter, I just would like to see a smooth output. The lenght is only @ 9 seconds as well........

And I thought the Helicopters we are shooting from where aggravating!!

Brett... This can be done and believe me, we're here to help but I think we need more info. What output format are you looking for? A transcode format or final delivery or render back to tape? It matters because the workflow and tools will determine the proper path.

Got the solution!!!!!
It was a pull down problem, going from 24p.....
In Premiere Pro CS4, you can right click on 24p footage and select, remove pull down from the interpret footage tab........
Just did a quick sample and it looks great!!!!
Like I said, I thought the Helicopter side of aerial video was tough.........
