For those who want to preview some of the AVC-Intra footage samples making it's way into forums or, if you're ready to edit Panasonic is making the codec/decoder available for free for both PC and Mac. Be sure to read the system requirements as older machines simply won't be able to use it.

Perhaps I missed it, but I didn't see an AVC-INTRA codec for windows. Just Mac.

If you are running Canopus EDIUS 5.01, you won't need this. EDIUS handles AVC-I internally, very well.

Perhaps I missed it, but I didn't see an AVC-INTRA codec for windows. Just Mac.
Unless I'm mistaken look for this link on the same page; this is the Win-based AVC-I decoder.
