So far I like what I see. Here are a couple of things that would the experience a bit more:

1. Drop the "browse" dialog box that pops up when you load Remaster. Instead allow us to drag and drop footage into the Remaster queue window from finder/bridge etc.

2. Take out the "File>New" menu. It doesnt do anything. Also clarify what "Save" and "Save as" do. Are they the same as "Convert"?

3. Perhaps offer us an "Predicted approx. size on disk" for the queued files, in the "Size" column.

That's all I can think of for now.

4. The ability to edit existing presets.

(I think there's a bug in creating new presets. I tried to create two new presets in a row before doing an actual conversion, but it wouldnt let me create the second one. I had to hit cancel and give up making the preset in the end).

That's all I can think of for now.

You can drop new files to the dock icon. Dropping files directly on the window is a good suggestion.
