Bob Patrick Gault June 15th, 2006, 05:35 AM Its the Lowel Tube case for Totas http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=31844&is=REG&addedTroughType=search Andrew Petrie June 15th, 2006, 12:23 PM Complete Glidecam V16 package (all accessory packs [vehicle mounts, vista pole, cage, etc), 5.6" LCD w/ battery, all plates, etc). Vest is clean, and I have all the original boxes. $3400, OBO, barely used. Can be upgraded to the V20 with springs from GlideCam themselves. email syn_ap@hotmail.com Mike Phan June 15th, 2006, 12:26 PM Trade: Glidecam4000 for Glidecam2000 Mike Toledano June 15th, 2006, 12:40 PM Found what I was looking for. Bought this hulking thing off of ebay for $10: http://i13.ebayimg.com/03/i/07/5a/4b/ac_3.JPG Ben Freedman June 15th, 2006, 01:56 PM SOLD - Thanks.. Best, Benjamin Andrew Todd June 15th, 2006, 04:10 PM payment sent thanks Webb Pickersgill June 15th, 2006, 06:17 PM Item Sold. Thanks! Todd Kivimaki June 15th, 2006, 06:39 PM $1650 plus shipping for the camera. Also I have had a couple of questions about the firewire port. In no way is it broken, when Sony designed the cameras they designed it so the start/stop signal does not go through firewire, no Sony camera will start or stop a firestore device by DV control. Again the camera is in perfect condition, and I will guarantee it. Tommy Davis June 15th, 2006, 07:03 PM Okay, perhaps the price was too high for the IDX kit - I'm open to other offers either by part or as a kit. As per a few emails, the box is unopened and just arrived from JVC. Let me know guys. Best, Tommy Eric Wotila June 15th, 2006, 08:09 PM We've had a change in plan -- while we were originally planning to cut back on our HD operations, we're going to keep them going after all (for the time being, at least) -- so the equipment is no longer available for sale. Darrell Hinton June 15th, 2006, 09:03 PM Sorry I'm just now getting back to everyone. I've been really busy. I really have no idea what to even ask for the camera, I was hoping to get some input about what to charge for it from some people who know more about what used equipment goes for than I do. If anyone is interested, just send me and email and we can try to work something out. Derek, I'm about to send you an e-mail. It'd be easiest to sell it to you since you are so close, we could easily meet up so you could check it out before you buy it and no one will have to worry about getting ripped off. But I will definitely sell it to whoever is willing to work out a deal fair to both of us. Anyone have a recommendation for about how much I should be asking? Henry Cho June 15th, 2006, 09:31 PM i have two of these kits, and only need one. the one i'm selling here is brand new in the original box, only taken out for an inspection. the base is horizontally and vertically (with the shim kit) adjustable to accomodate most cameras, and the base/rods are standard arri 15mm, so they will fit arri, chrosziel, petroff, cavision and century matte boxes, follow focus setups, and other accessories -- not only the redrock stuff. it's a really solid kit, and a much nicer build than my previous cavision setup. what you get: 15mm iris support base w/ quick release plate (in original box with docs) http://shopping.netsuite.com/s.nl/c.472981/sc.2/category.4/it.A/id.36/.f 9" rods (pair) http://shopping.netsuite.com/s.nl/c.472981/sc.2/category.4/it.A/id.157/.f shim kit http://shopping.netsuite.com/s.nl/c.472981/sc.2/category.4/it.A/id.92/.f i'm selling everything for $225 shipped. if you were interested in getting this setup from redrock anyway, this is a chance to save yourself the 3-5 week waiting period and save a few bucks to boot. note, you will need a set of standard allen wrenches (not included) to adjust the horizontal and vertical alignments. if you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Andrew Todd June 15th, 2006, 09:36 PM andrew_m_todd@hotmail.com Henry Cho June 15th, 2006, 09:42 PM hey andrew... just posted a redrock rod support setup for sale. if you're interested, feel free to shoot me an email. Patrick Moreau June 17th, 2006, 01:05 PM I'm looking for one of the videographers specials full duplex eartec communication system with anytype of headset. I'm also interested in an FX1 if anybody has one for sale. Thanks Cole McDonald June 17th, 2006, 01:08 PM $300? I need the money more than the mixer and case...and taking a 50% loss on it at this point :( After this, it's the pawn shop. Tyge Floyd June 17th, 2006, 06:23 PM I have upgraded to a new Canon XL2 so this XL1s needs to go to someone who is looking for a good buy. This unit has never been used as a deck as I have a full blown studio with capture deck for those chores. It’s always traveled in a padded case, been cleaned on a regular basis and very well taken care of. It does have one large scratch on it, located on the top carry handle (see pictures). Other than that it’s ready to go back to work for the buyer. My three year old XL1s comes with: Canon XL1s body w/original color VF 16x IS lens (1) BP-930 battery Generic AC/DC charger (car charger cord included) MA-100 XLR adapter/shoulder pad Lightwave windscreen Clear glass UV filter (always on to protect lens) Canon shoulder strap Canon lens cap No other accessories will be included in this sale. The camera has never given me any mechanical trouble and has been a good performer during the type of run and gun shooting my video production business requires. It’s still got lots of years of dependable operation left in it for someone who needs a good, solid 3 CCD camera. I shoot video for hunting industry, hence the camo job on the camera. I hide from animals for a living, so the white body parts on the camera had to be covered. The camo tape is a special type that leaves no residue when removed, so you can remove it if you want or I can do it for you. There is, however, one thing about the lens you should know. I blacked out the white part of the focus ring with a permanent black marker because I could never get the tape to stay on that small, much handled area. Price: $1650 firm, plus shipping/insurance and PayPal fees if applicable. Pictures can be found at http://www.fulldrawoutdoormedia.com/CanonXL1s.html Interested? Shoot me an email to editor@texasoutdoorsman.com. Chuck Bill Schoaf June 19th, 2006, 01:52 PM $1300 or best offer...brand new, still in box. You can click on my username to shoot me over an email if you have any questions. Thanks. Chris Barcellos June 19th, 2006, 02:36 PM The normal response to this question without the "24p 2332" is any camera. What you are tranferring via firewire with a normal MiniDV recording are the 0's and 1's making up the digital file. You would think that would not change, as long as the what is being tranferred is DV. I am curious about what others have experienced too. Jack D.
