lens mount is canon fd AND nikon.. just flip around the mount

SWEET! Didn't know that. Now that's innovation at its finest! I thought I'd be limited to the FD lenses. Any suggestions on the Nikon lenses? I have purchased this adapter from Shane, and I can't wait to try it out!

This seems interesting

i went to their web site and couldnt quite figure out what i would need to use this on an XL-2 with FD or nikon lenses

any pointers ?

let me rephrase this. What would i have to buy from them to get an adapter like this that works with my XL-2 and with canon FD or nikon lenses

not totally sure if i got this right

thanks

the letus35xl is not on the site right now. its in the beta testing process. it will be up as soon as quyen has the new generation of this adapter ready. his letus35 flip works on the xl2 but doesnt have a relay lens. contact queyen or search this board to find out some info on them

Hello, all. I'm going to be purchasing Quyen's Letus "flip" version fairly soon and am selling my original model (non-A) Letus. It works fine as it did the day it was sent to me. The thread size is 72mm. It was used on my XL2. I'm cutting it loose for $125.00 and will take Paypal.
Any takers?

I really don't understand the post. I'm not going to get it fixed myself because I cannot afford to fix it.

I'm saying, once it's rocker zoom is fixed, it's basically like having a flawless working camera. So even for $1250 you're getting a deal. This thing has not been used much. I've never shot more than a few hours at a time when it was used and the total hours used is no way over 20 total hours. I've only used Fuji tapes and have cleaned the heads with a head cleaner after every full tape has been used. Another bonus, is that the zoom still works on top. I just shot an extra scene Friday with the camera, so it's not like I don't use it because the zoom rocker doesn't work properly. Eveything else is mint. Lens, electronics....all perfect. No tape jam either.

FX1, 1 year old. My primary camera is a Z1, and I have used this as a spare. I am scaling down to an HC1 as a backup because of travel weight requirements.

Original Box, all cables, charger, UV filter, NP 960 Battery. Don't have ops manual but so have the excellent Vortex DVD on the camera.

$2350. Will ship.

The TRV900 is a workhorse; included is a wide angle lens and a PortaBrace Bag. This a great camera, and has worked flawlessly. I have a miniDV clamshell deck and am getting an HDV deck and now longer need it. It will make a great camera either as a primary SD or backup. Original Box. $750. Will Ship as well.

standard, pro, hd, ntsz/pal, 40/80,...

by all the mounts do you mean the standard one or the additional mounting kit ?

Hello,

I recently purchased a pre-owned video camera that came with :

Fuji 14x7.3 brm4 Lens

This is around $1500 of new retail priced equipment.

I already own a lens for the camera, so I am selling the gear.

$250 + shipping and they are yours!

Thanks

Hi Derrick:

I have a Sony DCR TRV900 camera for sale for $750. It is a 3 chip camera, that takes beautiful pictures. It is very rugged and reliable. What kind of projects are you working on?

Jim,

The full price for Studio Professional is $1699 and the upgrade price from the AVC Pro package is $649. That makes your AVC Pro package worth $1050 to you so you might want to rethink selling it?

BTW, where are you located? That might encourage inquiries (and also DVi Terms of Service require members to list their city and state, or city and country if outside the US).

You sure do a lot of buying and selling of video stuff!

Jim Karrels

Thanks Pete -- I am in San Francisco (I just updated my user profile). Good point on the math -- I adjusted my price accordingly. I actually have two of the Adobe Video Collection packages -- v2.6 and v2.0. Oh well, I agree that for someone who wants to upgrade to the full Studio Production package, this will save them $300 or so.

For anyone local (SF), you'd be welcome to stop by and pick it up in person for cash (to avoid Paypal fee). I have other goodies as well!

Hi Ben,

Forgive me, but I can't seem to find the tape hours in the FX1 Menu. I can do this on my Z1, but... I have used the camera as a spare and haven't shot much on it; I have used it to put tape into the computer. But, I batch capture only. I don't shuttle. I have put about 35 hours roll time on it which would be equivilent to shooting time.

The camera has been well-loved and cared for. Because I travel, I am having trouble with the weight and size requirments, especially overseas, so I am switching to an HC-1 as a backup camera.

I'll e-mail you some pix

Regards,

Jack
