Good luck with the sell. Mike Settle February 14th, 2006, 12:52 AM I am new to this forum and looking to buy a vx1000. I'm not interested in a ton of accessories. Greg Bates February 14th, 2006, 11:34 PM Hey Rick, the quickstream is the original one. I used it for a wedding and a dj contest last month. I had 70 gigs on it with one corrupt AVI file, but i've never encountered dropped frames. The only time I ever had an issue with it was when I hooked it up to my old compaq laptop and the two were like oil and water and I lost all the files on the drive due to the laptop choking. I've used it on 6 or 7 music videos and even though I always record to tape, I really due love the quickstream but I went HD so I can't use it anymore. I had an original DVX100 which I sold, and the quickstream kept my head time at 35hrs. I sold the DVX last week after two years of ownership. The mattebox has the french flag and bellows. Here is a pic of the matte box on the xl http://img233.imageshack.us/img233/6151/IMG_0574copy.jpg Bigo Hoggins February 15th, 2006, 12:09 AM I'll sell both together for $175. cool e-mail me your paypal # Andrew Oh February 15th, 2006, 01:24 AM I will consider splitting things up.
