I want to expand on this config and add a separate ESATA enclosure with four channel RAID0, plus another 6gb ram so I can set up a ram disk (still reading up on how to do this).

The REALLY cool kids have three. I couldn't IMAGINE going back to working with just one for any serious work. I do it on the laptop, but only for cutting.
