It's almost done! I still need to order a 8 pin EPS 12v extension cable so I can snake the last cable through the backplate. Specs-
.) Antec 1200 computer case
.) Kingwin Mach 1 1000W SLI ready power supply (can support two Nvidia CX cards)
.) Intel Core i7 3.2 Extreme (overclocked)
.) Asus P6T WS Professional Workstation motherboard
.) Monsoon 3 LT heatsink
.) Arctic Cooling MX-2 thermal compound
.) Nvidia Quadro CX with Rapi HD encoding
.) Corsair 6GB DDR3 1333 overclocked to 1600 with the xmp profile in bios
.) Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB, 3Gb/s (dual processor, 32mb catch) 7,200rpm
.) Western Digital VelociRaptor 300GB, 3GB/s 16mb 10,000rpm (for dual boot operating systems)
.) Western Digital RE3 250GB 16mb x2 external ESATA drives set up as Raid0
.) Sony BWU-300S 8x Blu-ray Burner
.) Rosewill multi format card reader (internal)
.) CyberPower battery backup
.) Vista 64 and XP
I want to expand on this config and add a separate ESATA enclosure with four channel RAID0, plus another 6gb ram so I can set up a ram disk (still reading up on how to do this).
