Just finished a 1st draft version of a music video for some friends of mine whom were recording there new cd at my place. I wish I had purchased a nikon lens before hand cause controlling the light with these L's were tough.

The main lens I used was 16-35 and I used the kits lens for a few shots

Cool, but looks like theres lots of highlight/shadow clipping causing too much of a boost in contrast and saturation like I see in a lot of 5d mk 2 videos. any CC done? any problems controlling exposure using canon lenses?

Whoa, that is beautiful! Nicely done. More evidence of this rig being a game changer.

The jib shots were especially nice. What jib hardware do you use?

Bryan - very nice! I started a 5D Music Video channel on Vimeo - you mind if I add your clip to the channel?

Hey Noah & Steve, Yea I really saw a lot of grain in the low light basement shots but thought what the hey were going for a little grunge here. Did a little cc on some shots that I had to boost gain on. The jib used was the Glidecam 200 with a 26" monitor using the HDMI output of the camera. I had little control over lighting with the canon lens but was able to trick it some.

Hey Art, Feel free. I really would love to get the band a little more exposure and I know I always enjoy seeing other 5d vids coming out myself.
