This is what i've been using and have used it as a counterweight to my shoulder mount or my tripod rig, I personally dislike using Velcro to mounting accessories...I also have used the monitor with Jibs.

It also include the Canon EOS EF adapter so you can use canon EF lens on this. I never mount the adapter on the camera. The cap on the camera never been open yet.

I have a S0NY U-Matic 3/4" Model # VO 5600 recorder/player and a Sony Remote control unit, RM-580 for sale.

I believe that the tape transport part of the unit will need to be cleaned and given routine service. Electronically is it fine.

When this unit was in service it was used a few days a month to screen time coded burn ins. It has never been shipped or moved from this location.

I will entertain any reasonable offer for this deck and remote contol unit. Shipping would be at actual cost for materials and shipping. I prefer to use Fed Ex Ground, but other methods could be used if you want it shipped by another carrier.

I would prefer to sell it in the Chicago Metro area as that would eliminate the shipping..

This camera was used to shoot corporate video and short documentary pieces. My main gig is as a producer, and the camera was purchased to shoot shorter pieces where there was no budget for a dedicated DoP, so it hasn't seen a lot of use. I also purchased an HV30, so the camera was not used as a deck.

The camera has been well-cared for, and I'm the original owner. It's in great shape cosmetically, only noticeable mark is where the paint on one side of the mic is very slightly scuffed.

The Canon batteries seem to last longer than the Impact ones, but there's clearly enough battery power to go on location where there's no electricity and have quite a bit of shooting time.

I've replaced my bag with something larger, it's only a year old and still like new. Unfortunately this model has been discontinued by Petrol - it's the perfect size for a Sony Z5U, NX5, V1U or similar with LOTS of room for accessories.
