I have sold my Sony F800 and do not need my bigger tripod. This is the best tripod I have used, very light and very stiff even with 40x lens with extender. Hard to let go but shooting EX1 and 5d and future small 35mm I do not need this. If you have a full size camera this will make your kit. The lightest and stiffest you will find with amazing counter balance system.

Hum surprised no one has responded so the price is going to $5,150 that is $1500 less then what I paid.

The fibertech sticks are no longer in production because they could not afford to produce them. They still have parts and it is the lightest stiffest tripod you will use due to it superior I-Beam design. So if stuff and light packing up small is what you want this is it. And with the mid level spreader you are rock solid.

I ran just about all brands...I don't think there is a way to find out how many hours are on the camera, but I used it about twice a month since 7/09. I'll continue to look for hours of operation too.

all Panasonic HDV tape stock (the good stuff); never mixed brands and never went cheap.

I'll get on it with the photos.. I know for being a photographer I sure didn't try very hard on that one did I :)

do you have the lens hood i dont see it in the pics. There is no way to tell hrs on an xha1 a canon tech. might have the know how but you would have to send it in.

I didn't think there was a way. I know on Sony, there is a log, but Canon does not have that feature. I do have the lens hood, I forgot to include it in the photo. It does come with the camera.
