Barry Wilkinson June 6th, 2010, 05:35 AM SOLD sold SOLD Mike Beckett June 6th, 2010, 07:30 AM This is the "Inside the Sony V1U/FX7" DVD from VASST, presented by Douglas Spotted Eagle. A good overview of the functions of these cameras and how they work. I sold my V1E and forgot about this DVD, so it's free to anyone in the UK who wants it. Pete Bauer June 6th, 2010, 08:22 AM Sorry, was in a remote location last week. Yes, all gear listed in the original post is for sale as of this writing. Since Adam posted (see http://www.dvinfo.net/forum/private-classifieds/479533-canon-xl-h1.html), several other folks have emailed me to express interest in the XL H1 cameras. Replies going out shortly. Since time has gone by since I originally posted, I'll lower the asking prices on the gear a bit: XL H1: $3600 (both for $7000) 6X lens: $2200 with one camera, $2100 if it goes with purchase of both cameras (not too keen to sell it but will do if someone really wants it along with the camera XL2 + 3X lens: $2300 GL2 package: $1200 Did a little reading on safe transactions. In addition to the obvious risks using PayPal and personal checks, even money orders and cashier's checks have their problems. Seems the only pretty-close-to-safe methods of payment for the seller are cash on the barrelhead and certified checks (Certified check - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Certified_check)), so certified check is the method I'd like to use for any transactions. Pete Bauer June 6th, 2010, 08:27 AM Hey Adam, I just updated my "for sale" thread with this post: http://www.dvinfo.net/forum/private-classifieds/470743-spring-cleaning-gl2-pkg-xl2-3x-xlh1-6x.html#post1535430 Luc De Wandel June 6th, 2010, 01:37 PM Standard SONY camera plate VCT-U14 in excellent condition, except normal wear on the front wedge area. Asking 180,00 euro or best offer Trevor Meeks June 6th, 2010, 06:20 PM Hey everyone, Time to sell my M2E. We've made the move to primarily 1D Mark IVs for film work - so the EX1/M2E combo is no longer entirely necessary. I love this adapter - hate to see it go, so I want to make sure this stuff goes to a good home! My M2E bundle includes an M2 box upgraded to the M2E, along with the MicroXE, Canon FD Mount, 18" stainless rods, high and low risers, shims, baseplate, quick-release camera plate and two different achromats - the integrated achromat and the 6x HD achromat. I added stainless thumb screws for easy camera attachment/detachment and adjustment - this is a great mod! Also included are several adapter rings/extender tubes that may come in handy with various rigs. Some were used with my original M2, but you may be able to make some use of them. Asking price for the M2E/MicroXE bundle is $1500 I also have three beautiful Canon FD lenses for sale. They were all purchased in EX+ condition from KEH and are in virtually the same condition in which I bought them. All three lenses are fitted with Redrock Micro follow focus gears, and include front and rear lens caps. Each of the lenses has the "Q-Tip" mod which allows you to adjust the iris when the lens is on the M2E. This is not a permanent mod - most of you are probably familiar with this. Very easy to reverse if you want to use the lens on a still camera. Canon FD 24mm f/1.4L - Purchased from KEH for $1269 - Asking $1100 Canon FD 50mm f/1.2L - Purchased from KEH for $616 - Asking $550 Canon FD 135mm f/2.0L - Purchased from KEH for $339 - Asking $300 All prices are firm - and I will split the actual shipping costs with the buyer. If you would like to buy the entire lot, I will take $300 off the total price (essentially giving you the 135mm for free) and I will cover shipping of the whole thing. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY. Please e-mail any questions/inquiries to info@meeksdigitalstudios.com. I will accept payment via Paypal (excluding e-Check) or casheirs check/money order. Thank you! A few photos below. The following items are still for sale: 1) Canon Zoom Remote Controller ZR-1000 (qty 1) Purchase Price = $174.99 Asking = $75 (includes shipping) Condition = used at four weddings for ceremony only 2) Glidetrack HD (qty 1) Purchase Price = $475.00 USD + $25 USD Shipping = Total $500.00 USD Asking = $350 (including shipping) Condition = light usage at weddings, some scuff marks, but track is in excellent condition. Smooth. Brandon Leung June 7th, 2010, 10:56 AM Message sent on Glidetrack HD. Charles Baisden June 7th, 2010, 11:52 AM Hey Brandon: I've had this question a couple of times now, so I figured I'd just post it up here. Regarding the length on the Glidetrack - when I purchased this in July 2009, they were not offering the multiple lengths as they are now. So consider this to be an original model! :-) I emailed the owner (Alastair Brown - a member here), and he informed me that I have the 1meter model. So comparatively, here's how that would look up against the current offerings: My Version - Glidetrack HD, 1m version - Purchase Price = $475.00 USD Current Version - Glidetrack HD, 1m version - Current Price = $433.00 USD So with that in mind, I think that my "used" price may be a smidge high given that it is a used item. *** NEW PRICE *** 2) Glidetrack HD (qty 1) Purchase Price = $475.00 USD + $25 USD Shipping = Total $500.00 USD Asking = $315 (including shipping to CON-US) Condition = light usage at weddings, some scuff marks, but track is in excellent condition. Smooth. Chad Whelan June 7th, 2010, 01:46 PM Sony AX2000. 6 weeks old used mainly as a BRoll. Includes everything that came with it and a 970 battery. I will also include 2 16GB Patriot cards that I bought at the same time and the Sony LCD sun shade that fits the 3" screen that I bought separately. This is just about a brand new camera with absolutely no problems at all. $3300 OBO. Bhanu Neti June 7th, 2010, 02:05 PM Sold. Thanks Rob Morse June 7th, 2010, 02:25 PM I have a Focus Enhancements FS-4 Pro HD 80GB DTE. Has the mounting cradle and 3 batteries. Since purchasing the Sony Z5U, with the MRC-1 unit, I don't use it anymore. Looking to get $400. Great to have if you're still shooting to tape. Matt Irwin June 7th, 2010, 02:51 PM Hi, I'm thinking of selling an O'connor 515 head. It's the old style with the red oval emblem. Cosmetically used, good working condition, 100mm ball, recently overhauled @ O'Connor. What do you think it's worth? Bob Krieger June 7th, 2010, 02:51 PM Chad, I read your post in the NX5u forum. What exactly are your concerns with the image quality vs. your other camera? I may be interested in a few weeks. (cash flow, y'know) Jad Meouchy June 7th, 2010, 03:41 PM Located in west los angeles, available for pickup or +$10 for shipping. Good condition T2i body with original box (purchased from Fry's 2 months ago), video remote (rc-5 type), and all accessories. This is a US version, bought from a retail store, with full manufacturer warranty and all that jazz. There is one issue with the camera: one of the retention springs on the battery cover has vanished. When the battery is in there and the flap is closed, everything is great. When you pop the cover open to change the battery, if you nudge it a certain way, the flap can become dislodged. This occured because of many flap removals to insert a battery grip. That little spring must have fallen out one of the times and ran away. I can send pictures as necessary. Price has been adjusted accordingly. $725 firm Chad Whelan June 7th, 2010, 03:59 PM Hi Bob I will answer this in the other forum to keep to this on track. Requires Compressor (from the Final Cut Pro suite) for the mac or the Adobe Media Encoder (from Premiere/Encore) for the PC. From Matrox: "(The) CompressHD is the first implementation of Matrox MAX technology in an amazingly affordable H.264 accelerator card. It works in systems with or without a video I/O device and extends the life of your current system investment, giving you the power you need to deliver today’s premium H.264 formats faster than ever. This low profile, half-length PCIe x1 card fits into into PC workstations and desktop systems as well as Intel-based Mac Pros and Apple Xserve systems. " It does a really nice job compressing video for youtube and other web/mobile applications, but I found the files were still too large to upload to youtube with my slow home internet connection, so I'm just not using it. It will also compress HD video for blu-ray on a mac. YMMV. I'm asking $400 and will ship by insured priority mail or UPS for free. Paypal or check accepted. Jason Lowe June 7th, 2010, 06:58 PM I have an almost new (used once) Manfrotto 701HDV fluid video head for sale. I found it to be a little small for my Canon XHA1. Would be perfect for a video-DSLR or smaller camcorder-style video camera. Asking $130, USPS or UPS shipping included. Paypal and checked accepted. Tim Polster June 7th, 2010, 11:42 PM Update: The discs are being returned and are no longer available. Thanks. Anthony Tham June 8th, 2010, 12:06 AM decided to add the rode video mic aswell ! James Palanza June 8th, 2010, 01:19 AM Used for about 4 months. Still in good shape, comes with original packaging, also the breakout cable with all the connections. Blackmagic Design: DeckLink It's wonderful and works great, just more than I really need for my small work. Going to try and get some money back and buy something with less bells and whistles. Paid 700 for it, I'll let it go for 500 since its used. Only taking paypal from verified buyers. Will be insured. Luc De Wandel June 8th, 2010, 04:16 AM Hi Jack, kit has arrived in good shape. Magic Bullet Suite is still available if anyone is interested. Gabor Heeres June 8th, 2010, 11:55 AM Hello Kathleen, Although you advertise it as UK-only I would be very interested in buying your EX1. For me it should be the ideal follow-up for my A1E as Camjo-cam and filling the gap between my 7D and F330. Of course I am willing to pay you in advance (IBAN bank transfer) before shipping or (if necessary) even come to Glasgow and finish the deal in cash. I hope to hear from you really soon. Gabor |
