Hey Travis,

I did not see it posted but what are the hours on the 2 XH-A1's?

Thank You

Travis Cossel
April 23rd, 2010, 08:42 PM
The XHA1's have about 200 hours max on them from wedding usage, and then a handful of hours from a few corporate projects. I think somewhere I said that they have between 200-300 hours on them (each), but that it was much closer to the 200 hour mark. They are in excellent condition with ZERO problems or issues. I had fully planned on using them again this summer but then we picked up some 7D's and now I have sell stuff to pay for the 7D's. d;-)

Let me know if you have any other questions.

I am selling my 503hdv head. It is about 14 months old. I just sent it to Bogen for a tuneup last month. I am selling the extension wand with it, so you get the head, the plate, one standard handle, and one extension handle. I have updated the kit that was using this head, so I no longer need it. I think I may have the box somewhere, if I can find it, I'll send it as well.

On top you will see a security sticker with my business name on it. The sticker will come off with a razor blade, but I'll leave that up to you as it may scratch a little when it comes off.

I am asking 275.00 plus shipping. I'm asking for a bank check as payment, one from a nationally recognized bank. Your check clears, I'll send the head. Any questions or comments or table dancing ideas, just email me.

I'm putting my JVC GY-HD110u and my entire production setup up for sale.

Photos can be seen here: JVC HD110u + Anton Bauer Gold Mount + Extras (http://www.evanagee.com/jvc_hd110u/)

Setup includes the following:
- JVC GY-HD110u
- Pelican 1620 Hard Case
- XLR Microphone
- Camera-attached audio monitor
- Anton Bauer Gold Mount
- 2 AB Dionic 90 batteries
- 1 AB Magnum 14 Battery
- 1 AB Trimpac 14 Battery
- 1 AB Tandem Charger
- 1 AB Powertap cable which allows the powering of a Firestore Hard drive
- Anton Bauer Accessory Bracket
- Cavision 0.6x Wide Angle Lens Adapter (threads to front of included Fujinon Lens)
- All necessary power adapters and cables to power camera and charge Anton Bauer batteries.*

All of the Anton Bauer batteries hold a charge very well, both the older batteries (Magnum & Trimpac 14 will hold a charger for around 1.5 hours a piece, while the two Dionic 90 batteries will hold a charge 3.5-4 hours WITH the Powertap utilized.

Camera will ship in Pelican Case with padlocks. Keys to padlocks will be mailed in a separate envelope.

I'm asking $3000 to start, but let me know if you'd like to make an offer lower than that. I'll definitely entertain offers.

It sounded interesting. Any chance it would work with a HD-SDI out from a Canon XLH1? Or would you be making similar mini computers in the future? Thanks.

I can't get enough practice time after the burning sets in....

I'm looking for a used Canon YH12x4.8 KRS for Sony XDCAM. I don't care about any external wear, as long as the glass is OK.

Alex Raskin
April 26th, 2010, 04:38 PM
Thanks James.

Last time I built an HD-SDI capture computer was maybe 2 years ago, when I was working with my Sony EX1.

This one probably will not be able to accommodate a capture card - it is too small, too crowded inside, and the heat dissipation is a big issue, and the cards like Decklink used to be hot like an oven.

Plus I'm not sure what OCI bus does it have. HDSDI capture cards usually require PCIe or PCIx, but this miniPC probably does not have it.

Bottom line: most likely, no dice with this particular constructive. However.. if you don't care to capture into Cineform codec... maybe you'll be happy with the something like nanoFlash by Convergent Design (http://www.convergent-design.com/) (I personally have not tried it though. And to me, capturing into Cineform is very important.)

Hello. I have an older Indie Dolly for sale. It is the non rideable type and it is like new condition. I purchased an extra section of track so it has 15 feet of straight track (5 three foot sections of track) and includes the carry case.

I'm asking $500.00 plus shipping. It is heavy and big so I estimate UPS ground will be approximately $100.
You can see pictures here: Picasa Web Albums - Joseph - indie dolly (http://picasaweb.google.com/jollocoll/IndieDolly#)

My email is jollocoll@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Paypal only please unless you want to pick it up in Georgia.

I've realized that I spend most of my lens time around 16mm and 200mm, so off go my two main Canon EF/EOS lenses to bring in new glass:
-Tokina 11-16 f/2.8, bought over a year ago and in great shape, hood has some scuffs - 600
-Sigma 17-70 f/2.8-4 OS Macro, bought brand new about 3 months ago, almost new with box - 425

Free shipping and I cover paypal fees.

I am looking for the following in case of trade (Canon EF/EOS mount):
-Sigma 10-20mm f/3.5
-Tokina 28-80 f/2.8

There is no side flag option for this mattebox. However the sides are strong enough to rig up side flags if you're handy. I just went with the RedRock mattebox but it's MUCH heavier.

The inner ring is 85mm so you'd need an 85 to 82 step down adapter.
