Anyone know how much it would cost to replace the Canon XHA1's LCD screen?

I dropped my camera with the LCD screen sticking on and ended up cracking the whole thing. Now I just get a white, cracked image =(

Would I be able to purchase the LCD screen somewhere so I could replace it myself?

I doubt you'll be able to get an LCD screen anywhere else and replace it yourself unless you find a defective A1 on ebay for parts.

Fortunately, I believe that there is a Canon service center in Orange County so that should be pretty convenient for you.

Just take it to Canon in Irvine, they will take care of it. I have always had good luck with them.
