Just upgraded to PHD from AHD, due to the unfortunate demise of AHD. Now, there are no 1440x1080 presets in Premiere. Was that an oversight or by design?
Thanks,
Matt

View Full Version : No PHD 1440X1080 preset? Matt Vanecek January 28th, 2009, 10:56 AM Just upgraded to PHD from AHD, due to the unfortunate demise of AHD. Now, there are no 1440x1080 presets in Premiere. Was that an oversight or by design? Thanks, Matt David Newman January 28th, 2009, 11:40 AM Neither, you should look again and they should be there. Matt Vanecek January 28th, 2009, 01:47 PM I do not have those presets in my Premiere. I just upgraded middle of last week. Advice on how to proceed? Thanks, Matt [edit: Upgraded to Prospect from Aspect, that is..] David Newman January 28th, 2009, 02:02 PM Is that Premiere 1.5.1? Prospect HD is for CS2 or CS3 currently. System requirements for Prospect HD/4K for Adobe Premiere Pro (http://www.cineform.com/products/Prospect.htm#Sys_Requirements) While 1.5.1 might work still we no longer to any testing with in, and there is no compatibilty garrantees (I know is doesn't support any of the 32-bit float modes.) If you want to stick with 1.5.1, you can manually create 1440x1080 presets. If that is 2.0, contact support, or just manually create the preset (easy.) Matt Vanecek January 28th, 2009, 04:14 PM It's 1.5.1. I'd love somebody to float the $1100 or $1800 to get the CS4 suite... Thanks, Matt David Newman January 28th, 2009, 04:30 PM Adobe normally offers an upgrade price from early versions. Matt Vanecek January 28th, 2009, 04:59 PM Adobe normally offers an upgrade price from early versions. Yeah, that would be the $1100 (in my case, rounded to closest dollar). PHD seems to work OK w/1.5.1, so I guess I can live with creating my own presets for now. New still camera, upgrade to PHD, impending MRC1 purchase, Christmas, electric bill...*sigh* only so much money going around. Thanks for the info. Matt |
