Does anyone know if I have to recapture all my video with Prospect HD since I just upgraded to it from Aspect HD.

I have the HV20 and filmed in 60i.

Footage captured using Aspect HD is perfectly compatible with Prospect HD. You'll just have to use a 1440x1080 preset.
