I've been provided a hard drive containing video transfered from a P2 card.

there are about a hundred folders, each containing a CONTENT folder, inside of which are several other folders - including VIDEO and AUDIO folders.

To import the video into AE or PPRO, do I need navigate into each folder and select the video.mxf file - one at a time? or is there a quicker method?

also, the video files seems to have audio attached. what are the seperate audio files for?
