So I just got an XHA1 and tried capturing some footage with it. While capturing, every time I hit stop/record while recording, at those spots on capture it starts a new clip. Is it the camera, settings on FCP? I hope this camera isn't the problem.

Never mind. I feel stupid now.

Make new clip on start/stop was checked on FCP.

Glad it's not the camera. I was a little nervous. I just got the used camera, and was the first time using the thing.

I just updated FCP so it must have checked that box when I did so.

Sounds like such a noob question.
