C band. John Willett January 16th, 2009, 06:13 AM I'm overseas alot and wondering if C class will be outlawed in other parts of world. Unfortunately all my sennheiser transmittors are c class. Band C is OK in the UK - but licensed to a fixed site only. IE: no good for location filming as you would have to buy a separate licence for every location which would soon cost more than the radiomics. Sennheiser UK can change a Band C set to any of the other bands for a little over £200 per system, if required. Matt Buys January 16th, 2009, 09:49 PM Thanks. I might keep them then. I will be in London next month for a week. I'll do some web research. Maybe I can drop them off. John Willett January 19th, 2009, 09:54 AM Thanks. I might keep them then. In London you can only use C frequencies on a special licence for the site you are at. available from: JFMG (http://www.jfmg.co.uk/). |
