When I render from FCP3 to Quicktime sometimes the image will play fine for a few seconds and then skip to the end. I am using a G4 powerbook. Can anyone help me?

Does it skip to the end in the same place all the time? If so, then your render may not have completed successfully.

I'll try it again and see what happens. Thanks for the idea.

Playback on a PowerBook can't be dependant on many factors. Processor speed, amount of ram, video card, HD size and amount of free space can all effect playback.
