Hi Folks,

I'm getting a battery error message when I try to run off battery power. It happens with both my batteries (that are both fully charged). Camera won't work. It will work if I use the DC adapter and plug into the wall. Has anyone else experienced this?

I get a battery error sometimes with my larger Sony battery but removing it and putting it back usually takes care of the problem. Batteries only have a 90 day warranty so I cant exchange it anymore.

i got battery error with my brand new EX1.Worked with AC well.Changed battery and nothing.Camera was faulty.
So camera went back to service and after that no problems.But kinda frustrating anyway.
