I've got a rather extensive HD - Blu-ray render that I'm trying to perform. I've been able to do it at 8-bit, but the look is very contrasty and harsh. At 32-bit, it looks much better, but Vegas crashes.
I was thinking of muting certain video tracks and rendering only upper tracks to merge them into one. Then, rendering a 2-track project, rather than a 6 track project. Which format should I use for this intiial render that would be less likely to crash Vegas later when I do the final render to Blu-ray. (I need 6120 x1080 resolution as the orginal was shot in 4:3).
Also, any other ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks
