Looking at the Z7 and wondering what zoom lens would be the best to attach to a Tapa lens mount. I need a lens for far off outdoor animal footage and also good in low light with no vignetting and also be able to get focus on images 2 feet way pulled wide. Also dont want to have to worry about using a bracket to hold the weight of the lens. Would you consider a Nikkor 100, 200, or 300. Thanks

I use the 70-300mm it offers a good med to long tele range.

About 28mm-300mm its 4.4-52 so multiply by 7 to get the 35mm equivalent.

A 70-300mm nikon gives a range of 350-2100mm

2 of the Sigmas are excellent, the 120-300 f2.8 and the 100-300 f4. Just make sure that they are old enough that they still have an iris ring, as I believe the latest incarnations do not.
The Nion 50-300 is also nice, but no IFm and old lens now but still a good 'un.
