Hey all,
Was doing a wedding last weekend when my camera failed to eject the tape just before the ceremony. I opened and closed the door a couple of time...nothing. So I turned off the camera and tried again. This time, no problem and all was normal for the rest of the day and evening.
I thought lately that it was slow to eject once in a while, but wasn't sure if I was imagining it or not. Also, it was cold that day and the camera was chilled a bit from outside.
Could it just be the cold? Has anyone else seen this? Should I run to Sony repair because this happened once? I'd hate to spend hundreds sending it to them just because it had a blip from the cold, but I also don't want to feel that panic again just before a ceremony, let me tell you...
And can you believe that this would be the ONE time I forgot to bring my backup camera. I think I aged ten years in that 30 seconds. I was ready to tackle the lady next to me who had a camcorder with her.
Thanks for any info.
