I have PPro CS2 and AE CS3. I'll be editing an HD project from the Sony EX1.

Would I be better off buying Prospect HD (which will allow the video to be edited in both my current application versions) or should I upgrade to PPro CS4 which can handle the HD footage natively, but not sure if AE CS3 can.....

My hardware can support either route.

I guess it boils down to "will Prospect give me the same quality as using the HD footage natively"?
