I have searched and can't find a post from a few months ago that explained all the steps in backing up Tiger OS prior to upgrading to Leopard OS.
I will be putting the Tiger OS back up on one of my Mac Pro internal 750GB drives then install Leopard from the disk.
Too bad Zotz no longer responds due to their problems. I hope they can solve it and keep things going Jason was excellent to work with and helped me do the upgrade on my Mac Book Pro. But I did not take notes during the phone conversations so I need some guidance.
We did the last back up with Disk Utility but I do not remember all the steps.
Are these steps correct?
In disk utility I pick the system drive and then Restore putting the system drive in the source then pick destination as the internal drive I want to copy it to?
At that point if this is correct I would check all the files on the backup and then insert the Leopard disk and archive and install. Then updates a few times until I cannot find anymore updates and then check all the drivers.
Is this correct?
I have checked a few option on the web through google but don't trust everything I read.
