What is everyone using to encode their videos to vimeo? I running FCS2 and using the h.264 settings on there but my videos are never as clear as everyone else's work. Just did a wedding and when I put the video up there were a lot of stutters and it didn't look as clear. So any tips or trade secrets would be helpful. lol

Hi Shaun,
I export an UnCompressed Quicktime Movie from FCS as my master for encoding DVD's and web clips.
For the webclips I open Quicktime and choose File>Export>Movie to Quicktime Movie
My current settings are:
Compression: h.264
Quality: High
Key Framerate: 24
Bitrate: 2000kbits/sec
Frame Reordering: Yes
Encoding: Multipass
I am still tweeking to see if I can do better, but I am much more satisfied with the quality than that which is available on Reel-Exchange. Hope this helps!
My Vimeo Clips are here: The Wedding Editor Channel on Vimeo (http://vimeo.com/channel22756)

MASSIVE HINT ALERT!!!!
try using a sharpen filter (or unsharpen mask) before you encode out. makes a LOT of difference.
