Some time ago I purchased this Audio-Technica wireless system:
Audio technica (Greater China) Ltd. (http://www.audio-technica.com.hk/eng/model.php?s_id=13&m_id=202)

Only used it once to date (Canon XH-A1 cam) to record a speaker's presentation, but now that I need it again it seems I've lost the mic it came with. I did find a pic of this mic on another site:
http://thegreatestwebsiteofalltime.com/wirelessmic.JPG

But now that I'm looking for a replacement, I'm lost with all the different types, tech specs, and prices ranging to choose from with prices under to well over a hundred bucks. I'd really appreciate some advice on what to look for in a replacement mic. Typical usage will be for interview type work and possibly wedding. Willing to spend $$$ if the advantages of a better mic are felt to be worth it.

This is the best mic for the Pro88:
Audio-Technica | MT830mW Omni-Directional Condenser | MT830MW (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/68063-REG/Audio_Technica_MT830MW_MT830mW_Omni_Directional_Condenser_Lavalier.html)

This is a very good quality mic and the version linked above has the connector for the Pro88 system.

The mic you have in your picture is probably this one:
http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/68062-REG/Audio_Technica_AT829MW_AT829mW_Cardioid_Condenser_Lavalier.html

This mic is directional and not very good quality.

The first mic above (the omni shaped like a Tram) is worth the extra money. It sounds as good as some much higher priced mics.

Great-- exactly the kind of advice/link I needed. I had looked at that model which looked like it would work well, but good to know that it will inded work w/ the setup I have.

Thank you very much for the iinput. This is on the top of my list for the mic I'll purchase this week.
