Is it possible to have more than two tracks of audio in a multiclip? I know you can select one camera to be the master audio or to use audio from the active camera but I'd like to mix more than one camera.

I'm shooting a dance performance, one camera records the ambient the other is plugged into the booth's sound board for the music. How does one mix the two in a multiclip?

Pete, You don't have to make the audio part of the multiclip at all. Sync all of your tracks up and when you make your multi clips, only use the most common audio for your reference to both video tracks. Make the multiclip and lay it back on top of the sync'd individual tracks. You can mute the MC audio and here the original audio in the same sequence.

I said all that in a pretty poor way, hope it is clear.

I think see what your saying...
1. sync the tracks in a sequence
2. sync the clips and create a muliclip
3. combine the muliclip video with the audio tracks in a new sequence.

Annoying that you need to sync them twice unless I'm not doing it right.
