I've uploaded quite a few videos on Youtube and they seem to be fairly okay in streaming but there's this particular video that just does not stream in any decent viewable quality. There are extremely fast cuts in it though, could that be a factor in its low quality?
I started off with a DV PAL master and transcoded it with ProCoder to a .flv file with 480x360 size, setting the bitrate to 900. Where else could I be going wrong?
Here's the link to how this video looks on Youtube: YouTube - Boundaries Broken _ coVEN (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ud2vS6bZ_VQ)
I uploaded it on Vimeo using a bitrate of 5,000 setting the size to 720x576 and it streams fine there.
