Seeing a lot of fuss being made over the effect of CMOS rolling shutters but I noticed today when editing some footage from my SR11 video of us Shooting guns in the desert... all the muzzle flashes show up just fine.

Wouldn't they also be effected by that?

No half frames or quarter frames for the flashes.... is this effect only with super fast strobes?
