Is it OK to have XDCAM HD 60i clips and 30p clips on the same disc?

The manual suggests that any clips from a different "system" should be on different discs, but the camera doesn't seem to mind doing it for mixed 60i and 30p.

But I don't want to do something that makes it unstable or something.

Thanks.

I've done 60i, and 30p slow motion on the same disc, so I believe yes would be the answer to your question.

IMHO...absolutely! There is no problem with it that I've discovered.

Assuming you can also mix 1080 and 720 (when it's available), but we'll have to wait and see I suppose.
