Does anyone know what the exact font is (and possibly the size) that is used in music videos at the begining and end, in the bottom left hand corner?

It's added by the channel. MTV's is different than VH1's, which is different than MuchMusic's. Looks to me like any plain, serf-free font, white with a 2 pixel or so black stroke, will do.
