Is this Online store reliable?

I have been watching the proav.co.uk online shop for a long time now.They are in th UK. I'd like to buy a second hand pro PAL camcorder but i don't know if i can trust them. i live in Greece and i will use my gredit card.
1) Are they for good?Are they trustworthy?
2) Have you ever buy anything from them?
3) Can I trust their used equipment?

We bought a new Sony EX1, SxS cards, and a second hand tripod from them.

Great prices, great communication via email and very quick delivery (we live in Belgium).
It was shipped on tuesday in the UK, and we already got it wednesday around 9 A.M.!

So yes: don't worry. I recommend this company.

And I would maybe ask to Chris Hurd if there is a chance if this company could be a sponsor too.

Thank you for your response.Some say that the second hand camcorders, have problems and i am a bit puzzled ...buy or not buy a used camera?Do they really test them before put it for online sale?
