Hi all!
I'm looking for World War II stock footage on PAL which we can purchase on the internet with resonable prices. Anybody got any clue where to get them from?

Don't know if these will meet your needs, but they're free:
Internet Archive: Prelinger Archives (http://www.archive.org/details/prelinger)
They are pretty highly compressed, but I used a bunch of war footage from here with digital projection on a very large screen as part of a production of the opera Die Walküre. For this purpose they worked very well since we wanted a rough kind of look.

The Australian War Memorial in Canberra may have footage you might want. However they do charge for their material. I also do not know if they sell through the internet.
