This is pretty awesome, its got movie mode, only alot better the then d90, 1920x1200 at 30fps, much longer clip time too. you can check it out at-

they already have some sample clips.....looked pretty good to me, at least the one with the cars. official

it has a full sensor.
it is able to shoot 12 minutes continues shoot and makes it 30fps quicktime.(1920_1080)
it is very able in low light (25600 iso)

so no adapter needed. and there will be perfect dof with really clear shot with no grain or nothing.

the price is 2600$

so what may be the cons? Since buying a good hd camcoder and a good adaptor will be costing more than this?

I think one of the main cons are:

Form factor.
Professional Audio (No XLR inputs)
Storage of media
