Our hosted email provider is encountering a glitch in their system which has taken our Downloads and Updates procedue offline. I think it has been down since Saturday.

I have now posted direct links to the downloads on our Downloads page: CineForm Downloads (http://www.cineform.com/products/Downloads/Downloads.htm). So...if you submitted a request in the last day+ and didn't get an email in response, you can now get the download directly.
