I've been happily editing in FCP 5, cutting (ctrl-v), moving down the timeline, cut (ctrl-v) and ripple delete, then selecting the edit point (v). However, now it will only select the V1 frame and not A1 and A2. I want to add a default video transition and then the default audio transition. I've got Linked Selection checked, and it only grabs the V1 track. I've gone to another sequence in the project and it works as expected there. Did I accidentally disable a setting and not realize it? It seems like that should be Project wide, not Sequence specific.

In the timeline, ensure that the name appearing in the v1 as well as a1 & a2 tracks has an underline. If not, you've tripped the "unlink" command ("Splat" or Apple - L).

That was it (V1 not underlined, A1A2 Underlined). I was selecting that (Cmd-L), but nothing happened, the entire timeline was selected. I then realized I had to select each clip, clip-by-clip (~30 total) and select Cmd-L.
Thanks
