Maybe a dumb question here......Newbie to this forum as well as pp
Are there any other Quicktime 7 templates for Vegas that are larger than 3mps but WAY smaller than uncompressed Quicktime?
I like around 6 mps and .mov's allow this but have not been able to find Quicktime stuff......
Thanks guys/gals

We are shooting HD video from a remote Helicopter, getting some neat stuff, but I would like to have more choices for posting video samples on our website.

Again thanks!

All you have to do is put in any number you want in the data rate field. Every field can be modified to do whatever you want. If you think you'll use those setting again, just change the name of the preset, and save your own.

Easy.

K,
Tried it from 112 KPbs to 360 KPbs, selected the frame size I wanted, the resultant was a larger output which is good, but the file size / quality was not any better, actually worse as the file size was the same as the 3mps so stretched out larger looked worse.

I use 384 kbps for streaming SD, and 768kbps for streaming high quality SD or small HD files. Take that for what it's worth.

K,
I think I got it?
I bumped up the Kbps as high as it would go, 32767 Kbps
Quality looked good, file size was about right, etc.....
Why such a high Kbps rate?

I have no idea what you're doing. Seriously.

Can you take a screen shot?
