Over the weekend, I un-registered my NEO HD license on my workstation and transferred NEO HD to my new quad core computer. I sent in the system ID as reported by HDLINK and was sent an activation code. Unfortunately, when I opened the register utility, it reported a different system code, and the activation key I was sent doesn't work.
I've filed a trouble ticket to customer support, however, I've received no reply. Can you look into this for me?
