I have in my hands a Sony HVR-V1, but before I worked with Panasonic AG DVC60.
How Can I do Frame Hold and Audio Recording in pause mode at V1? DVC60 , do it.
Thank's Everybody!

Hi Lane,

I'm not familiar with the term "Frame Hold". I can make some logical assumptions, but maybe you could be more specific about what exactly it is, and/or what you are trying to achieve?

Not all cameras can do the exact same things, probably less likely when you compare two different manufacturers.

Hi Andrew,

Sorry, I mention a command of Adobe Premiere, but it does the same thing. Itīs freeze the last image when I press the Pause, recording this freeze imagem and audio recording.

Is this V1 do it ?

Thank you!

Lane

I'm not aware of a feature on the V1 that does that. I believe that is something you'd have to do within your editing software. That is, you'd shoot a video that has the image you want to "hold", but you'd keep the camera recording so that you get the audio. Then when you transfer to your editing software, freeze the video on the appropriate video frame and use the recorded audio.
