Hi, I am unable to download the latest update to Aspect HD. After entering all of my information I was told that I would be receiving an email with the link after a few minutes, but I never got anything. I've already checked the spam folder, there's nothing there. I've opened a support ticket over a week ago and still have heard nothing back. Would someone from Cineform please contact me with the link? Thanks!

Your email account is likely being rejects by our internet service provider (which is very annoying.) Try a different email account (gmail.com works.)
