Hi,
I'm editing a 5 minute doc in Premiere Pro CS3 using the Cineform codec.
I captured/transcoded (Z1U and EX1) to .MOV files on my Windows machine and imported those into PPro on my brand new dual quad core Mac Pro with 8 gigs of ram.
Right now, PPro is crashing about every 5 minutes. Mostly, it's if I click on a clip in a bin to view it.
I just edited a straight EX1 project with no crashing. It was a 30 second commercial though.
I'm wondering if this is a Premiere Pro issue on the Mac or a Cineform issue.
Does anyone else have any experience using Cineform on a Mac with Premiere Pro?
Thanks,
Jim
