Is the canon xha1 compatible with Newtek's Tricaster. What about the onscreen menu items displayed on the camera's lcd screen? Can they be removed for sending a live feed to the switcher?

Travis Fadler July 11th, 2008, 03:07 PM Thanks for the information. I had a friend show up with a canon XL to use for a live event recently but since he'd never used it for live he didn't know how to get the menu screen items to go away. Neither did I Christopher Benes July 26th, 2008, 02:21 AM Could you please explain how to do this in more detail? I didn't seen an option in the Display area of the Menu to turn off the OSD so the information is not sent to the component out. Thanks. Bill Busby July 26th, 2008, 11:43 AM page 90 in the manual |
