I have something toggles off/on and not sure what I did?
When I insert a clip into my time line I don't get the audio.
However, if I add a new timeline then all is well.
Something is turned off and not sure what it is?

It would be good if you could tell us what that was so as to help others who might have the same problem...

You probably targeted a wrong track, or...?

The Premiere Pro source monitor window has an icon (bottom right of its icon strips) that toggles audio + video, video only, audio only.
See this livedocs link (http://livedocs.adobe.com/en_US/PremierePro/3.0/help.html?content=WS1c9bc5c2e465a58a91cf0b1038518aef7-7d23.html). Click around the "Assembling a sequence" links on the left for more related info.

Mike, this has nothing to do with Guy`s problem. He said it worked when he created a new timeline. Source toggle works project-wide.
But thanks for your info anyway.

Ah, I missed that crucial sentence.
Maybe the audio tracks were deleted from the old timeline? I guess we may never know!
