Can anyone recommend a hard case that is made for the F350? or one that is easily custom fitted. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I believe that the Peli 1630 transport case will hold a PDW-F350. Comes with foam, so that you can customize it. They are very sturdy! I use a Peli for a lot of my accessoires.

Don't buy a Sony. They are "steal me" cases.

Thanks. Looks like my boss spec'ed out the the Pelican 1690 Transport case which is a little bigger than the 1630. The vendor we want to use has it for $291 u.s. but only in the Desert Tan. I'll show him the 1630...it's probably better to go with as small as you can when it comes to travel cases.

...and of course sells a hard case pre-cut for the F350. Holding up well so far.

What are you referring to Keith?

It's a grey, hard shell shipping case -- Sony model LC-424TH. Purchased w/ my F350 new.

If you take the lens and VF off, it will all go in a Peli 1600, body across on end with the lens and VF at the other end. Makes for a very compact travel setup that doesn't attract any attention and doesn't take up much space.
