Hi everyone! This forum is great! I'm Erik- I've wanted to "make movies" since I was 6 and saw Star Wars for the first time. I've loved editing since I discovered it in college in 1989 and I've been "playing" with video ever since. I still would love to make an action/adventure movie with neat special effects, but real life requires paying bills, so I shoot and edit whatever comes my way. Not a whole lot is happening in Delaware, so I recently decided to focus my attention on weddings. In the past I created many "documentary-style" videos for the school district and a local theatre. You could say that I "shoot-to-edit" and welcome as many camera angles as I can get!! I hope the wedding video business takes off for me, so I can continue to do what I love- edit - and not starve for much longer. Once I gain some stability, I plan to continue with my "fun projects" and maybe one day, those fun projects could lead to something bigger.

I hope to meet other people in the area to shoot events and hopefully work on some of those "fun projects"!!
