I prefer to use the settings relevant to the specific job I'm doing. That's why the camera allows multiple settings for so many functions.

I like pistachio ice cream though.

Situational, of course, but on this one: 1080 HQ 24P overcranked to 30. F5.6, 1/96, -3 Gain ND1, White balanced on a warm card.
